Booking
25% deposit to be made at the time of booking with the remaining balance to be paid 8 weeks before arrival.
Cancellation Policy
100% refund if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in.
50% refund if you cancel at least 7 days before check-in.
No refund if you cancel less than 7 days before check-in.

The Greek authorities require the name, address, nationality and passport number of the person making the booking at least 2 weeks prior to the stay.

You will be responsible for any damage to the property that is caused by you or your party during your stay.
